Check out this sweet Washington Blue 1937 Ford Club Cabriolet. Titled as a 2002, this gem offers the safety and comfort of a modern chassis combined with the timeless beauty of a prewar Ford. Beneath the hood rests a Ford (!) 302 crate engine that's been treated to a Holley Street Avenger carburetor, an aluminum intake manifold, Mallory electronic ignition, a Walker radiator with twin electric fans, new aluminum water pump, and beautiful Mooneyes Deep Finned aluminum valve covers and air cleaner. Power is sent through a rebuilt Ford AOD automatic transmission, then back to a Ford 9" rear end with 3.00 gears. The Gibbon fiberglass body rests on a stout Fatman Fabrications frame and suspension sporting a Stage 2 front end with tubular A-arms, front and rear sway bars, Chassis Engineering parallel leaf springs, rack and pinion steering, power front disc brakes, and painted steelies with rings and '41 hubcaps wrapped in shaved wide whitewall radial tires. Additional features include power windows, power driver's seat, a Vintage Air A/C system with heat and defrost, a 2" chopped Carson Haartz cloth removable hardtop with zip-out rear window, leather upholstery, Wilton wool carpet, a Ron Francis wiring harness, Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, Banjo steering wheel, correct Ford brightwork, and Beebe electric gauges.
