Sweet and Subtle '65 C10 Custom, PS, PB, Vintage Air A/C, 4-Speed

Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 23rd year in the classic and muscle car business. GM's first generation of their C/K series (1960-1966) trucks revolutionized the industry with features such as a drop-center frame, independent front suspension, and a trailing arm rear suspension. These innovations moved these formerly utilitarian pickups closer to automobiles in terms of comfort and convenience and are a major factor in their increasing popularity as restomods. This 1965 Chevrolet C10 Custom is a fine example of a mild restomod, retaining its classic lines with some key upgrades. Lift the hood and you'll find a 350 V8 that's been fortified with a Holley carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and valve covers, long tube headers, and a Champion aluminum radiator. Additional features include power steering, power front disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors, Vintage Air A/C, Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, in-dash tachometer, AM/FM radio, and 20" Coys wheels wrapped with low-profile rubber (245/45ZR20 F, 275/45R20 R). The beautiful oak bed was done by master craftsman Dillon Breithaup. After charring with a torch, it was stained and clear coated for a unique appearance that nicely compliments the two-tone paint. This classic runs and drives beautifully, with a comfortable ride, a slick, fun-to-shift transmission, and a subdued paint scheme that attracts a LOT more attention than I would have thought.
