Many people today either don't know or can't remember how popular the Oldsmobile Cutlass was from the 1960's through the 1990's. Multiple body styles and an incredible variety of options allowed the buyer to tailor the car to his or her personal taste. In 1975 the Cutlass was the best-selling intermediate-sized American car, the following year it outsold all other cars, and by 1977 production peaked at an astounding 632,742 units! This stunning Sherwood Green (48) 1970 Cutlass Supreme, however, might just be the most handsome of the lot. Our one owner gem retains most of its original equipment with the addition of a few tasteful upgrades. Features include the Rocket 350 V8, automatic transmission, power steering, power front disc brakes, air conditioning, AM/FM stereo with trunk mounted CD changer, Magnum 500 wheels, twelve bolt rear end, and dual exhaust. My favorite upgrade is the substitution of green leather upholstery for the original green vinyl (982). This is a beautiful car sporting good paint, carpet, dash, trim, and upholstery. By the way, for those who don't remember, in 1970 the Oldsmobile Rocket 350 made more power than the standard Corvette engine (310 hp)!
