Among collector 'car' enthusiasts, older American pickup trucks are one of the fastest growing segments. Lift the hood and you'll see a few more horses than Pops had. Power is provided by a Ford 351 Windsor that's been fortified with an Edelbrock 4bbl carburetor, an Edelbrock Performer 351-W aluminum intake manifold, beautiful stainless steel headers with extra thick flanges, and Edelbrock billet valve covers and air cleaner. Additional goodies include power steering, a Ford C6 automatic transmission, a great-sounding dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers, auxiliary gauges, and wide whitewall radial tires (205/75R15 F, 235/75R15 R). The stock chassis tracks well and the powertrain has no problem reaching, maintaining,(or exceeding!) current highway speeds.
