Lurking beneath the steel ducted hood is a 468ci Chevy big block that's been fortified with the highly desirable Chevrolet rectangular port heads, a Chevy 'Winters' aluminum intake manifold, FAST fuel injection, headers, MSD ignition, a Griffin aluminum radiator with auxiliary electric fan, and an aluminum water pump. The tremendous torque is passed through a 6-speed manual transmission to the 12 bolt rear end. In order to harness the the herd of horses (aprox. 540hp), numerous chassis upgrades were installed including CalTracs traction bars, subframe connectors, tubular steel A-arms, urethane bushings, and Wilwood cross-drilled power 4-wheel disc brakes with 6-piston front calipers. Step inside, and you'll find an excellent interior with power steering, black and white houndstooth upholstery, a tight headliner, all brand new Dakota electronic gauges tachometer and console mounted gauges and a Sony stereo. We just added the new Coy's c-5 chrome wheels and performance tires, a brand new stainlesss steel gas tank, and the modern headlights to jazz her up a bit more.
