Tough 1969 Dodge D200 Custom Camper Special, 318 V8, A727 Automatic, PB

Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 27th year in the classic and muscle car business. Need a tough truck? Well, here's one you don't see every day. Check out this cool 1969 Dodge D200 Custom Camper Special. Before the advent of today's cowboy Cadillacs, this is what the average American pickup looked like. Not a lot of frills but tougher than a bag of hammers. Lift the expansive hood and you'll see the venerable 318 V8 that exhales through a set of long tube headers. Additional features include power brakes, stout A727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission, bulletproof Spicer/Dana 60 rear end with 4.10 gears, dual exhaust, a newer Pioneer stereo, cab clearance lights, and 265/75R16 tires wrapped around steel wheels with correct covers. The interior sports a reupholstered bench seat, new carpeting, and new seat belts. The exterior is rocking the very popular patina look with wipe on clear coat and the chassis, while not painted, is solid from the frame to the floor pans. This cool old workhorse runs and drives well, possessing a charm of mechanical simplicity that is absent in today's trucks. One of my favorite details on these Sweptline (1961-1971) pickups is the wide, corrugated inner fenders that serve as excellent tool trays! If this old war horse is your kind of cool, call the Texas Hill Country's premier source for classic trucks and the team that can make your dream a reality.
