Enter model 298FWRLS and head up the steps on your right to the front master bedroom and side aisle bath. The bathroom offers a residential shower, toilet, sink, and linen cabinet. The private master bedroom at the end of the hall features a slide out residential queen size bed. There is also a dresser opposite, plus a front wall wardrobe and closet prepped for a washer/dryer for all of your clothing and storage needs.

Head left at the entry door and find a booth dinette and theater seating slide out. There is more seating across the rear of this Sprinter with a tri-fold sleeper sofa and end tables. Adjacent to the sofa enjoy a slide out entertainment center with 40" TV including an electric fireplace beneath. Also include is a Dish Network Hopper Portable System as well as a Star-link internet antenna and modem. Star-link service is not included.

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and cook food for your family. There is a large L-shaped counter area with a sink on the end and overhead cabinets for all of your dishes and things, plus a slide out along the road side that includes a three burner range and 18 cu. ft. residential refrigerator. The couch and two chairs will need to be replaced. The original ones did not hold up very well and were removed but we will replace both for the new owner.
