1961 Sunbeam Alpine 1.6L I4 4-Speed Manual Transmission

Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 26th year in the classic car and memorabilia business. The first Sunbeam Alpine was conceived in 1953 with the idea of making a lightweight, small wheelbase, and sporty coupe. This car model was the Series I Sunbeam Alpine which was made from 1959 to 1963. This Sunbeam is a 1961 which was given a sturdier rear suspension and swapped the 1.5L engine with a 1.6L rated for 80 horsepower. A 4-Speed manual is paired to the 1.6L giving it a fun and engaging driving experience. We just had our upholsterer make a new black Harts cloth top and new carpet. We also did a Weber carburetor conversion. We had Diamondback make these custom dual red stripe radial tires to go on the vintage little aluminum slot mags. This car is very light making it feel fast although controllable when cornering. A convertible top is also included with this car which makes it a great car for the weekends as it does run good and drives highway speeds. We will have more information for this car in the near future! Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
