Redwood luxury RV slide outs fireplace TV washer and dryer

Offered here is a nice older luxury RV featuring hardwood cabinets, a built in fireplace with an extra large flat screen TV in the living room area. It has a split level floorplan putting the bedroom up a couple of stairs. The bedroom has it's own slide out giving it a spacious environment with it's own flat screen TV and a Kingsize bed. There is a washer and dryer so it can actually be lived in pretty easily if one so desired. I measured it with a rule and it is 37 foot long. It has electric levelling feet and power awning. There are two power slides in the living room creating a nice area. One of my friends bought this Redwood fifth wheel when it was about a year old he said it was 150 new and he paid like 120k. The Redwood was introduced in 2010 as a luxury line of RV's. My friend and his wife lived in Canada and kept this in an RV park in Kerrville as a winter home. He passed away and his wife asked me to assist her in selling it. Cosmetically it has a few minor issues but in my opinion still a good value for the dollar. On both rear sides it has some small scrapes. Both fender flares need to be replaced due to cracking and breaking. The refrigerator has been replaced to a home model that operates only on electricity not propane like the original. The couch and sofa were a Feaux leather and have some peeling going on. I would just get new stuff and get rid of this. Notice all the hardwood cabinetry and the center island it really gives a great rich look inside. This unit comes with basically everything one would need to leave today to go on a trip. Thanks for looking.
