Offered here is a rare Texas sign. On the bottom it is noted Alamo Neon the sign maker of this double sided Knowlton Ice Cream porcelain sign circa 1930's. We just acquired it from a storage building that someone had since the 80's. Keep an eye out as we will be getting more of these great treasures. The Knowlton's Creamery was established in 1908 by S.E. "ED" Knowlton. Lloyd M. Knowlton (deceased), and Edward H. Knowlton (living in Kerrvile), they sold the business (Knowlton,s Inc.) to Southland Corp.(Oak Farms) now Dean Foods in 1979. Shipping is available. Thank you for looking
