1970 Rupp restored

Restored 1970 Rupp set up for office display

Here is a cool little bike. We just picked it up as it was a display in a man cave. It has been restored and is a neat looking pull start childs bike. It does run but once cranked it is like the clutch is stuck as it wants to just take off. Thank you for looking it's a great decoration for sure. It looks sharp!
