This is a cutting edge piece of history. This is not your standard wind proof lighter style you are so used to seeing. This one was made to where all you have to do is squeeze to light you cigar or cigarettes. Also great for lighting pipes. Regens was a New York based business. They started producing these lighters in the late 40's. This particular lighter comes with the original box and fold out instructions. It looks to have never really been used.
