It was manufactured by Martin Motors (a division of National Pressure Cooker Company) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Martin outboards were produced from 1946–1954 and were known for high-quality construction and smooth idling, though they were eventually outcompeted by bigger brands like Evinrude, Johnson, and Mercury. this motor is in excellent condition,complete cowls, original decals and plates intact, shiny paint, no obvious major damage, propeller turns.
