Fresh in from California and sporting a rock solid body this Bel-Air is extremely nice. We do not get many 1956 models but lately we have run across some really nice examples. None nicer than this very original and stock Bel-Air Hardtop. There were two turquoise hues that year and this is the darker one. It is a little more blue than Tropical Turquoise. It looks allot like Peacock blue from the same era. It has very nice stock body with all the trim, chrome, and glass, showing just as well. It comes with a set of fender skirts. It also features the hood and fender birds that were very popular on the 56 models. The immaculate interior carries that same classic fifties two tone treatment and looks fantastic. Power comes from a stock 265 V-8 with 2 barrel carburetor and single exhaust. We can easily have it dueled out for you if you wish. It does not have power steering or power brakes but it drives and handles so well you will not miss it. I thought for sure it had power steering because it turns so easy. That is the benefit of having a completely rebuilt front end and a good, solid steering box. The chassis is solid and shows well. The trunk is show quality and features a matching spare.
